Same shoes, different colorway. Nike expected the hype to be as hot as Nov 2010's LeBron 8 Miami release as a welcome note of LBJ's arrival to the team. Surprisingly these were nowhere near the crazy hype compare to 2010.
This was the very first LeBron 9 I picked up on the 2nd day of release in HOH New York. I really like the tight fit of plum purple filling Air Max and the swoosh branding combo along with the pink laces, black / vivid-grey base. Unlike the All-Star, the tongue's got his autograph making his 9th signature shoes.
