Melo M8 - Syracuse Orangemen

One of the few kicks that has received A grade from various performance reviews, Carmelo Anthony's 8th signature, the Melo M8. Inspired by the Syracuse Orangemen, very eye-catching orange blaze builds most of the Flywire upper, the white handles the patent leather overlay, laces, and outsole. Great looking colorway imo, unfortunately disliked by many other folks which I don't quite understand what they're thinking. Especially there is this stupid guy I know who is crazy about sneakers, said he liked it a lot in pictures when he first saw it but it looks too light of an orange after seeing it in person. Such a moron!

This is the 3rd M8 I owned which is one of my favorite M8 colorway (I really like the All Star blue as well). Zoom Air front and Air Max 180 rear is not my favorite setup. However it seems to be surprisingly good according to multiple reviews but I have yet to try it myself (I personally never trust reviews too much when it comes to sneakers. Maybe 50/50..). Keep in mind this was designed for folks like Carmelo and myself who plays small forward. Performance review mentioned it's great for guards too which I honestly had a doubt. For those who have the M8 and play as guards, feel free to share your thoughts. It is now available at Jordan Brand retailer national wide but again, not Canada.
